Where posible, we all work from home-offices, in constant online contact as a virtual team. We hold most of our meetings online, and wherever possible our initial interviewing and screening work is also done online. We aim to minimise all unnecessary travel and we only arrange face-to-face meetings where there is no better energy-saving and non-polluting alternative.
