Sales Manager – French Market – Barcelona
The company
Our client is a young and very innovative advertising network, open to advertisers and publishers Worldwide and their areas of expertise include monetization of search traffic through targeted text ads, banner ads and full-management services for high traffic web sites. The ad serving platform is entirely proprietary, providing the flexibility and reliability for the fast growth that the company is experiencing.
The Position
Your responsibilities will include the prospecting of new publishers and advertisers, business development, sales strategy and communication on the different channels available to interact with your target clients. (Emails, Webmaster Boards, Tradeshows etc) As a sales manager, you have precise revenue goals and need to use all the resources at your disposal to reach these goals and grow the revenue generated by your portfolio of clients.
Daily tasks include:
- Prospecting of new webmasters
- Monitoring and optimization of existing accounts
- Negotiation of long-term agreements
- Numbers analysis
Profile
- Solid experience in a similar position
- Money-driven and extremely motivated. True salesman
- Independent and pro-active
- Very well organized
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in online sales in a similar position. (Affiliate Manager, Account Manager etc.)
- Native French speaking
- Perfect understanding of the Web, from the user and publisher’s perspective
- A minimum of technical skills. HTML, JavaScript tags, analytic tools, etc.
- Advanced use of Excel, formulas, macros etc.
Skills Appreciated
- Experience as a Webmaster and/or Affiliate
- Experience in the online adult industry
- Fluent English and Spanish a benefit
