Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with the Company’s partner Mobile Network Operators

• Build and execute comprehensive account plans for each partner

• Identify/drive initiatives, strengthening relationships, growing business, and reinforcing the value proposition

• Apply relationship and problem solving skills to resolve partner issues and escalations

• Identify and communicate the needs of partners to the Company’s management

• Negotiate SMS interworking agreements with international Mobile Network Operators

• Introduce innovative new commercial models for the supply of Mobile Data services

• Define ongoing market conditions and apply appropriate negotiation strategies

• Conduct risk assessments on partner business proposals

• Identify potential partner relationships and growth opportunities

The Candidate Profile

• You are an energetic, self motivated, entrepreneurial team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills

• You have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the telecoms industry, working for an SMS provider, Mobile Operator, Voice or Internet services provider, especially within B2B environments

• You have experience in Contract or Service Level Management

• You like working in an international environment, you enjoy juggling many tasks at once and you like to negotiate

• You are interested in new technologies and telecom market developments

• You have an innate ability to grasp and communicate technically complex products and services

• You are analytical and well organized, and solve problems in a structured way

• You have broad knowledge and familiarity with MS Office applications, especially Excel

• You are a Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English (both written and verbal), and may also speak additional languages (German is NOT essential)

• You are willing to travel, often at short notice
