Marcoms Specialist - Paris

An International Internet Company with an established presence and a reputation for innovation, our client provides professional services to help businesses build their online presence and advertising.  An opportunity has just now arisen for an experienced MarComs professional:

SUMMARY

Responsible for all Group Communication activities, including defining and implementing all corporate communication to promote our client’s image in France, while working across the international organisation.

THE ROLE

  • Managing Press Relations working closely with the Press Relations Agency including: Preparation of written communications/copywriting; Press Kits;  Media files; Analysis (quantitative and qualitative) regarding own and competitor /sector related Press activity.
  • Press & Event Management, managing the Company’s position and image as a leader in its field including: Planning and organization of PR events (e.g. conferences, sponsorship events, client seminars).   
  • Monitoring and enhancing strategic partnerships: Establishing partnerships with key IT and other stakeholders including institutional influencers, the media, and opinion leaders.
  • Establishing and monitoring a plan for multi-media activity to enhance the company image including developing advertising campaigns in cooperation with the advertising agency, considering off & online activity.
  • Editing/Copywriting including: Magazine copy; Product Information Sheets; Video; Localization and editing of texts from other countries into French; Collaborating with the Marketing Team and Customer Services on, e.g. promotional campaigns & optimisation of customer communication; Analysis of the company’s E-reputation; Writing articles for Forums & Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, blogs) and other channels.
  • Supervising the creation and on-going quality of consistent Corporate communications across all mediums / content including: Sales brochures, Newsletters, the Website etc.
  • Supervising the E-Marketing professional - responsible for Affiliate marketing, email campaigns, the landing page etc.
  • MarComs Budget Management.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / BACKGROUND

  • Internet Sector Experience (3+ years) in Communications & PR, Online Marketing & Content Management.
  • Mastery of MarComs techniques including appropriate CRM / software tools.
  • Able to work autonomously and build strong relationships across all stakeholders.
  • Curious and Creative, with excellent Copywriting skills.
  • Degree or equivalent training in Communications or Marketing.
  • Fluent English.  [100% fluent / native French is essential.]
