Key Account Manager Spain – Barcelona
CLIENT
Our client, quoted on Nasdaq, is a world leader in computer-aided measurement systems and software. Their measuring devices, together with their industry-specific software solutions, allow high-precision 3D measurements and 3D comparisons of parts and complex systems directly within assembly and production processes.
SCOPE
Working with your Inside Sales Specialist, you will evaluate customers’ problems and demonstrate the Company´s product solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Act as primary point of contact in the sales process. Responsibilities include product sales, prospecting and relationship-building
• Facilitate the Company’s product sales by completing successful demonstrations and test installations at selected customer sites
• Provide meaningful feedback as an integral member of the Sales team
• Close the deals within times requested by target and forecasts
FURTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Demonstrable record of successfully accomplishing sales into Tool and Die, Metal Stamping, Metal Fabrication and Manufacturing companies. Experience with Automotive, Heavy Equipment and/or Aerospace companies are a definite plus
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred. An associate or equivalent knowledge of Engineering and/or Metrology may substitute for a degree
• Experience with Manufacturing and/or Metrology is a definite plus
• Demonstrated ability to identify technical problems, formulate and demonstrate solutions
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and closing skills
• Knowledge of CAD or CMM is strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and/or Catalan, and English
• Strong self motivator
