Team Leader – SAP HR – (French) – Granada

The role:
A Team Leader reports to the Business Unit Manager and is leading a team of Consultants.
- Act as the main interface for our customers’ key contact point
- Operate quality assurance control on team members’ work.
- Provide direction to, and assist team members in their day-to-day maintenance activities.
- Provide or at least give his approval on change request solution and workload estimation.
- Assign and manage team members’ workload.
- Conduct regular review of open issues / change requests with the customers he is in charge
- Interact with other Team Leads in case of global impact on a customer.
- Manage the resources allocation within his team in order to guarantee the continuity of the service to our customers as contractually agreed and escalate whenever needed.
- Co-ordinate and communicate issues, and initiate follow-up with other teams and management.
- Report regularly on status to the BU Manager.
- Participate to the development of the Team and to the ongoing process of improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring effectively the performance of the team members
- Takes full responsibility for the on boarding of new customers
- Takes responsibility in the people management in their team
- Is actively managing customers’ expectations
- Has a high level view, is able to analyze the situation from the customer prospective
- Able to collaborate with all colleagues / customers
- Actively take part in the development plan of their team members
Skills & Qualifications:
- Project Management and Expertise desired (SAP HR knowledge is a must, 4-5 years exp, oriented to PY-TM.)
- Work efficiently in a highly team oriented environment
- Like challenges and doesn`t mind working under pressure
- English and French is a must
- Show leadership: steering and motivating people to implement the company strategies and values.
- Has the charisma to change the attitude of the team members
- Do not react emotionally
- Can solve conflicts within the team and/or outside of the team (does not avoid conflicts but solve them)
