Eleanor Bannister
Eleanor Bannister is an accomplished partnership-builder with cross-cultural organisational development as the common thread throughout her professional career.
Prior to transferring her ample recruitment skills to the Spanish market in 2008, while in her Marcoms role at Mazorca Projects she directed in-house recruitment and HR procedures. Eleanor earlier worked as a Recruitment Consultant for a boutique consultancy focused on promoting flexible working practices among UK employers, providing them with select ‘Flexecutives’. Eleanor cut her marketing teeth in the UK in international brand and area management roles at Diageo, and has also held roles building cross-sector partnerships with diverse NGOs.
Eleanor is an avid reader with interests spanning history, psychology and philosophy, and lives in the heart of the Penedès cava country near Barcelona with her husband, 2 children and assorted animals.
