Patrick Collman
Patrick Collman, Co-founder and Director at ESP Talent Ltd, has been an energetic player in the Spanish Recruitment sector throughout the last 10 years. He brings extensive experience from previous assignments as a Senior Consultant at a Barcelona-based IT recruitment provider, and thereafter as Account Director at Red Talent. Resident in Cataluña since 1992, Patrick was also a shareholder and Director at a language training company for 8 years. An Organisational Psychology graduate, Patrick’s earlier career in the UK included sales and purchasing management roles at General Electric and Unigate.
Patrick’s an incurable football fan and played for many years in a Barcelona amateur league. He skis badly and plays the drums even worse, but still does both things with enthusiasm and occasional coordination. A keen hiker, he relaxes listening to jazz, gardening, and trying to understand wines. Patrick lives with his wife on the Costa Daurada, in Tarragona province.
At ESP Talent, Patrick focuses primarily on roles in the technology area, covering development and infrastructure as well as functional and organic consultancy and project management positions.
