Steve Jenkins
Steve Jenkins, Co-founder and Director at ESP Talent Ltd, has been involved in the recruitment business for the last 4 years. Prior to co-founding ESP Talent Ltd, he headed-up the Spanish operations for Red Talent. Previously to that, Steve held senior roles within software companies in the UK and Spain.
He has spent the last 8 years living in Spain, firstly in Madrid and latterly in Barcelona and is married with two young children who are growing up in a trilingual environment. Steve’s hobbies are largely focused on water sports, including sailing, kayaking and swimming, and he enjoys getting out on his mountain bike in the winter months.
Steve focuses his recruitment activities on Senior Management and Sales-related roles, mainly covering positions in the UK and Spain. Steve is also actively involved in consulting projects for Spanish technology companies looking to open up the UK and US markets, and for International companies looking to enter or re-align in the Spanish market.
