Sandra Froehlich is the founder/owner of Executive Search Professionals, LLC. Sandra started the firm in December of 2017. Her mission behind Executive Search Professionals is to provide an authentic business partner experience for hiring executives in all industries. Her practice offers a variety of ways to engage services. The boutique structure is intended to keep the experience personal with our partners. Our partners are performing all final interviews on every candidate presented and are the primary interface to their clients. The client experience feels like they are working with an extension of their team. Being an authentic business partner means we will invest our time understanding as much about you, your business, company culture and the traits of your top employees. This allows us to best present the right candidates for your most critical needs. Sandra previously worked for a successful clinical staffing business, and years of office management experience in clinical settings.
April Reach, VP of Executive Search, joined Executive Search Professionals in July of 2023 and is our newest member of the team, as a lead business engagement executive. April’s impressive career started in executive search and proceeded to helping launch a successful jewelry startup in Alex and Ani. As their National Sales Director, April built the sales function from the ground up. April is a results driven leader and sales executive excelling in growing sales in challenging and changing environments. Skilled in building and strengthening internal and external partnerships. Work comfortably at multiple organizational levels and in a high stress environment. Committed, focused, high energy and strong worth ethic. April graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Rhode Island, where she resides today, is an avid cook, loves golf and boating.
Jim Oddo Results-driven talent and operations executive with strong leadership competencies in the telecommunications, health insurance, and technology industries. He has expertise in designing and growing talent acquisition, operations, vendor management, and Veterans Affairs functions. Prior to becoming the Managing Partner/Founder of Executive Search Professionals he worked at Frontier Communications, a U.S. based Fortune 50 company, for twelve years. During his time there, he built a talent acquisition organization from scratch and brought strategic talent technology solutions to Frontier, such as SkillSurvey 360 references and HireVue digital video interviewing. He also deployed an "Interview-First" hiring methodology, which received recognition from the White House as a best practice in 2014. Before working at Frontier, Jim Oddo worked at UnitedHealthcare (Oxford Health Plans) for six years, where he served in a variety of staffing roles. Jim Oddo holds a strong commitment to Veterans hiring, and has developed several programs in this area, including recruiting, retention, on-boarding, mentorship programs, and business channel development. He also helped start a non-profit collaboration with five other companies where Frontier was able to showcase best practices in hiring Ready to Work Americans (RTWBC), including long-term unemployed, Veterans, opportunity youth, and individuals with disabilities (IWD).
